The Skint Epicurean

I have always been quite passionate about cooking (and eating) and have had the privilege to discover food from different cultures throughout my life. Being a university student often meant a lower budget to eat, not so many opportunities to eat out -depending on one's budget and expense of the city they lives in-, and a not so healthy lifestyle. But coming to Uni has pushed me to cook even more -for myself and for others-, and to explore another diet: I went pescaterian, vegeterian and am now vegan. 

In 2020, I decided to create an album on my phone with photos from all the recipes and meals I had made, as well as my packed lunch and the not so regular eat-outs. 
Half an hour later, I was turning it into an instagram page, to share mainly plant based recipes with other people, and show how a healthier and cheaper lifestyle could be adopted -even by students.
